MAC Kaupapa
2026
MAC Kaupapa is a national kaupapa that supports tumuaki to lead with cultural confidence so that ākonga Māori thrive as Māori. Blending 1:1 Facilitation, Cluster Hui, Regional Wānanga, and a National Hui ā Tau, experienced former tumuaki walk alongside each kura to co-design practical, context-specific actions grounded in Te Whare Tapu o te Ngākau Māori and MAC frameworks. The focus is courageous, relational leadership; authentic partnerships with iwi, hapū and whānau; and sustainable shifts in teaching, systems and culture. Flexible package options are available for all U Grades, enabling every community to progress a purposeful, mana-enhancing pathway in 2026.
